Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ghee butter
- 80 g Vita Fiber IMO syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute (I used Sukrin erythritol brown)
- 1/4 canned coconut milk
Directions
- Heat the coconut milk until bubbling.
- Stir in the Vitafiber syrup and ghee butter until combined.
- Stir in the brown sweetener and add more if you would like a thicker consistency.
- Store in the fridge, it will need to be stirred when you go to use it as the fat separates a bit.
This sauce is so delicious! I used it on ice cream and popcorn but the possibilities are endless! What will you use this on? Do you say car-mel or care-a-mel?
