It has been a hot minute but here we are with some noteworthy finds!

Built Bar
Built Bar - These new protein bars are making waves with their great macros (110 calories and 15g protein) and unique texture. They have a light fluffy interior with a chocolate coating on the outside. They are like a candy bar! I had the opportunity to try a variety box and I loved every flavor. Argan Oil - Fre Skincare sent the gift of pure Argan oil this past December and the timing could not have been better. My skin is so dry in the winter! I've been using a couple drops after my shower on rough patches of skin (elbows, back, hands, etc.) and the ends of my hair. Fortifx Bars - These protein bars have also been very popular on Instagram lately. These large bars have a granola bar interior with a chocolate coating. Chocolate coatings make me happy. I tried the Pretzel flavor and the multi-layered bar made for a satisfying texture and the salty-sweet flavor was on point. These bars are so good and a pretty hearty snack if hanger is striking! Shrewd Food Protein Crisps - Cheese balls with protein - that's how I would describe these! I had been curious about these unique snacks for a long time and finally got to try the cheddar cheese flavor and I really liked it. Product Review: Tru Fru

If you dip anything in chocolate it's instantly 10x better, right? I like freeze dried fruit and I like  love chocolate so combining the two is a recipe for success!  That's what Tru Fru has done.  The fruit is harvested fresh, freeze dried to lock in the majority of the vitamins, taste, and nutrition. The fruit is then coated in rich chocolate for a snack that is both nutritious and indulgent tasting! You don't have to choose between a nutritious snack or a tasty treat. You can have both in one. Have you been spending more time at home? Have you finished your entire list on Netflix? If the answer to these is Yes, you might be looking for some ways to fill your time. I personally love to read, especially while laying out in the sunshine. So I thought I would share some of my all time, must read books! I'm a fan of fiction so these books are all fiction! Longtime Favorite:  A Separate Peace I read this book as a freshman in high school and it never left me. The emotions are so piercing and the story so unique that I never forgot it.  Classic:  The Picture of Dorian Gray Thought provoking, emotive, and relatable to the core - this timeless classic will have you turning pages.  Female Must Read:  The Bell Jar Sylvia Plath captures a character that reached deep within my soul.
